On behalf of the leadership team here at LifeCare, we want to wish each of you a very happy EMS Week! I cannot think of a better theme that fits the overwhelming dynamic of our employees than, “This is EMS: Caring for out Communities.” Each and every day, you put the community first not only in your professional lives, but many times in your personal lives.

Many people think about how EMS stepped up for their communities during COVID-19. You certainly have done an admirable job doing that, but you have also stepped up numerous other times. Whether it be helping those in our local communities or stepping up on the national level when the call for assistance came in.

Many of you have participated in our deployments throughout the years. This truly has been a team effort. Those of you that deployed gave so much. Additionally those of you who stayed back also gave a lot as you had to not only cover your shifts, but fill in for the gaps that were created when the others deployed. Each of you are all truly exceptional.

We all know that EMS is very demanding, causing us to forgo things in our personal lives. However we should always remember, we are a family here at LifeCare. We need to support and take care of each other.

As you go about your daily activities this week, please know how grateful we are to have you as part of our family here at LifeCare. We pride ourselves in having some of the highest quality, compassionate and skilled providers in the nation. We are a great organization because of each of you!
Thank you for all that you do for the communities we serve. Wishing each of you a very safe and happy EMS week!
